first successful hammer mod

I've had the car for 7 months with no working IC pump... I've tapped on it before to no avail, so tonight when the headlight change process upset me I took out some aggression on the plastic end

Coolant began to bubble then flow ftw, feels like a whole different car. I was dropping off through the top of 2nd on pulls, now it pulls so much better

Why would you be running the car for 7 months w/o a working pump and even doing pulls???

turn the car on, and stick a straw in the filler neck and se if there is a current flowing through it, if there is no movement, you have no flow and a busted i/c pump

you don't even have to start the car.

just have the key in the run position.

you should a) see it move coolant like zay52790 said

b) even hear the pump, but it won't be loud

c) herar the relay in the engine bay relay/fuse center click

has everybody been putting a straw in the neck that is attached to the supercharger or just in the coolant reservoir?

The filler neck.

The intercooler and engine coolant are two totally separate systems.

I just bought the car, so I had to see, ECU was keeping me relatively safe too

I don't know how much KR I had at times, I'm sure it was insane. I didn't beat on it too hard, as I knew it wasn't making power to its fullest potential. I didn't mind doing letting the ECU's safeguards give me peace of mind, I still had a warranty then..
