Me and my friend Zach(Krimsom Kobalt installed a custom heat exchanger.here it is


We mounted it up but we had some trouble with the bumper,heres what it looks like mounted to the bumper support,


then we drtained the fluid,we made a mess but look at the outcome,



I cut my hand yanking the hose off,


fluid everywhere,


dumped in a ice cream bucket..hey it works,


conected the hose to the pump,


heres the outcome with the bumper not completely mounted,


He decided to sell the intercooler at the Ohio meet.

That hose is a little bitch.... it broke a pair of pliers getting them off!

 

Its custom!! On20s-guy from virginia who never posts anymore had it and Zackss bought it from him,we need to fabricate it so it will clear. Check out the how to on the heat exchanger 56k=death thread, I attempted mine today and check out the ups and downs I had. No pics yet but I will very soon.
