i got a 07 ss/sc and im getin 32.8 miles to a gallon with zzp stage 3 and other mods. It shouldnt waste gas like crazy. If you mod it it helps save gas unless you got a heavy foot. (:

Whats that in miles? Every car will vary a bit. A tune really helps.

Is your car by chance a Stage II?

Check the supercharger pulley. If it has blue bolts, it is likely the 77.9mm pulley.

34mpg and i have a heavy foot. you don't trust me????? look at my signature jejejejejejeje

if your car has the hopping syndrome, you might want to clean the TB or with a chevy dealer a induction cleaning, $179 for everything job+labor+tax. now i have a brand new car.

check the air filter, and i don't know if you might also need to change the fuel filter, if the previous owner loved to run the car with 1/4 always, that could also be the problem.

How many miles. The fuel filter is easy to change. Just get the fuel line kit from the auto store for less then $10, a new filter and a socket set. Shouldnt take more than 45 mins if it is ur first time. Located on the driver side under the car just behind the door.

I believe there is a how to post too.
