Fuel Rail Help

I just installed INTENSE Stage 4 and now I'm getting wierd sounds from the fuel rails. It sounds like air in the lines.....if that's the case, how do I bleed my fuel system. If that's not the problem, what do I do?......I think this is why i was getting LEAN codes (p0171)

the shrader valve on top of the fuel rail just press the little pin in it and it should blead everything. I blead mine before installing the injectors. Also if you have an intake on the might be the cause of it.

Don't use the air box mod or a CAI with the Intense kits. That is the cause for your lean code. Get a custom tune to enrich your AFR or replace the airbox.

Sounds like you might have a bad blower. See if you can get a stock snout back on it and convert your car back to stock. Then take it in for warranty work.

I doubt the s/c would just crap out the second you got stage 2 on it... I'd try and get a mechanic to look at it before dealing with GM.

I put a Stage 4 w/2.5" pulley on it. We all looked at it and it's coming from the blower. sounds like the routers are bouncing around inside. maybe this will explain the 16 psi instead of the 19+ that I was expecting

Sounds like you had a factory defect and the extra spining caused it to wear faster.
