Gas Mileage with 60lb injectors

How much of a drop in gas mileage should I expect when changing from my current mods(sig) to 60s and 2.8. Usually I get about 29mpg unless I am doing highway then its about 37mpg. I have searched a few gas mpg threads and seen anywhere from 18 to 50mpg....so I am concerned

I stay out of boost and never take it over 3k unless at the track

Thanks,

John

Its all about the tune. If the car is tuned correctly you will probably see an increase in MPG.

i get around 35-37 cruising on the highway at 80mph. in the city im looking at 26-29 and i shift anywhere from 2900 rpms to 3500 rpms. i get on it every once and a while too while maintaining those numbers.

I think it is because stage 2 runs so rich.

My mpg rarely goes below 38, most of the time its low 40s.
60lbers do nothing bad for your mileage, and if tuned right, will improve it.

just always remember, your right foot controls your MPG more than any other factor

Yeah I know the right foot control mpg, but like I said I don't go above 3k. Plus its fun to c peoples reaction when I accelerate slowly, I see all sorts of hand gestures and faces on the daily bases...lol

I dont think hes bullshitting.
(P.S this was at 60mph, i could get more if i drop the speed a touch)
