gas for stage 2
first off i live in jersey, we don't pump our own gas so i dunno what the cap on the gas tank says, second off ya i know what kind of oil to put in you don't gotta bea smartass, i got the car when i was 19 not all people know about cars, i know a lot more know than i did, like i said when the dealer said regular is fine, i figured it was ok it's only natural to assume that.
That's the way to stick up for someone Jr... nicely done.
Honestly... I'm glad he asked... but if you really don't believe Stage 2 takes premium only... go put some regular in it... then drive it... you won't do that again.

that's exactly how you "should've" known what octane - those little books really do tend to have some good info for your car, let alone, anything else you buy - just FYI...
Not sure what kind of gas stations are in your area, or anyone else's, but the BP's in my town and surrounding areas tend to have 92, or higher, octane (in town its 93)

I don't have the manual here to check on it but I remember that it highly recommends min 91 octane, but explains that car will run on as low as 87 but performance will be decreased.
I'm surprised at you guys, I was so excited that I must have read my manual through 3 times in the first week of owning the car. If I wasn't driving it I was thinking about it!
Not being critical
