This is giving me a headache! Please help!!

Ok so I just bought a 2007 cobalt ss from a dealership. I'm having issues already! don't know if they're minor or major, I hope ya'll can help me out here. Check Engine light just came on I went to Autozone and only code that came up was the mass air flow sensor. I have an injen cold air intake. took it to a local shop and they scanned the car and came up with no mass air flow code at all and that the only code that came up was the heat o2 sensor, so i had them replace that and left, they also told me that the o2 sensor is way too low from the manifold and not getting the right heat temp because of the after market header, its a 4-1 with a 02 sensor coming out of 1 of the header pipes, then after i left the check engine light came back on... they told me i'd have to let them check it out for hours... so i didn't go that route. that shop told me that this car has had a tune or needs to be tuned. now today It rained and my car will only spit and not move at all. cant even get it to go 5mph.. please help me everyone i'm new to this kind of car and this forum. thank you!

Clean the maf sensor with the maf cleaner from autozone and you can also check and make sure they actually put it facing the right way towards the filter

The o2 code is heater circuit. The 02 sensor has a heater to get it to operating temps.
It has nothing to do with the header. Remove and clean maf.

What if they put the upstream o2 in a possible wideband bung?

well on that intake the filter is under your drivers healight. take the headlight and bracket out to get to the filter and the MAF bung is there too. check it out, when these intakes suck up water, the car will chug
