gm stage 2 kit

To all you out there looking for more performance out of your SS, I had a stage 2 kit from Gm installed on the car along with a K & N typhoon intake. Talk about the car waking up. You can actually feel the car pin you in your seat when accelarating. Driveability is way improved. The kit has to be put on by a gm dealer because of the software they download. All together it will cost about a $1000.00. Best money ever spent on the power you get. Boost will go up to 15lbs.

Yeah and I heard that they are coming out with these new things called disc brakes to replace drums. They should help cars stop so much better than before. Cant wait to get some on my car.

They wont release disc brakes until they get the A-track tape player replaced with this round disc little thingy! lmao

Seriously STG 2 is in my future, just haven't got the money. I wonder if I could get a student loan for it lol

Put a Blow off valve in there too, and you'll really go fast!

I appreciate your input. Actually I would like to hear more. I'm interested in knowing how your fuel economy is and how your clutch holds up. I am making myself wait to get stage 2 until next year because I want to make sure I get the most out of stock so I really feel the difference.

8 track rocks man! You have got to step up from that old 4 track it's a world of difference. A-track, haven't heard one of those. Can you get Winger's new album on that?

Stage 2 info: Geting the run around on availability

I'm in NE AZ and am working with a couple dealers in the area that don't know anything about a Stage 2 Kit. I keep gettn that GM hasn't released it yet. It was only out for a little while, Something about reconfiguring or gettin the parts. Plus the dealer is telling me that any aftermarket products even from GM would void the warranty.

yeah talking about blowoff valves...just set up a speaker that plays the swish sound everytime you shift...I read about some people talking about it earlier...make it do like 4 swishes in a row...then you could have a supercharger with a turbo x4.

rofl. you have some ignorant dealers. do they have mullets?

go elsewhere, that is a HUGE load of crap and even if you convinced them otherwise, i dont think you would want them touching your car.
