if you want to keep warranty then your only choices are the GM Stage 1 or 2

I would go GM stage 2 and put one of Nates pulley's on there (like a 2.95" pulley). It would be a good idea to get some kind of cooling mods, the dual pass intercooler or a second/bigger heat exchanger, to help keep the temps down.
Of course if you want to stay 100% in warranty the most you can do is stage 2.

yea...i keep recommending the zzp stage 3 or 4 because its cheaper and includes the tune...then the only thing outside paying for the stage kit that he would pay for is to ship the pcm to zzp to get reflashed and to get the pulley pressed off the stock supercharger

you could put your own stage 3 together if you want. The only real additions you need are a 2.9" pulley and a dual pass end plate. The rest of stage 3 is the addition of a new ecu which enables the ability to turn on a race mode and run a 50shot at the loss of your a/c
you can do whatever your want to the car even under warrenty. unless they can prove your mods caused an issue your in the clear. that doesn't mean they can't refuse service cus they can but you can try somewhere else.
