GM Stage 3 parts avail.

The parts for the GM Stage 3 are now available from GM Performance, if anyone is interested. 3 pieces; pulley, dual-pass endplate and control module can be purchased individually.

Is there a part # for the stage 3? Or is it all indivdual parts that they put together and call stage 3?? Does it also have the wet NOS ready kit like the rumour was earlier?? And is it off road only like before ( means voids warranty)

go to www.crateenginedepot.com and click on the stage kits under the cobaltperformance section. It is not a complete kit. you must buy everything individually, but the parts coe out to about 800 and it is not for off road use only.

what are you talking about? All they have is a stg 1, stg 2 and stg 1 & 2 combined. Plus, If crate engine depot had an actual gm stg 3, I think they would have started a thread on it. Thats just my $.02

If you read past that you will see a two pass intercooler end plate, some coolant resevoirs etc. If you click on the intercooler endplate and read the instructions for installation it tells you everything else you need to complete the kit.

It just doesnt sound like a stage kit. It just sounds like random extra parts for cooling your engine. I believe if it were a stage 3, you wouldnt have to buy everyting seperately. I'm not calling you a liar, I'm just stating my opinion.

That part number isn't worth anything on crateenginedepot.com, but at GMpartsdirect.com it pulls up "pwr upgrd" with no picture and a price of about 570. So it looks like its just a matter of hours.

LOL, you actually ordered it dude? You mind sending me a $500 dollar check since you have so much money to blow?

Anyway, it was pretty well determined that stage 3 will REQUIRE stage 2. So that is probably the "stage 2 to stage 3 upgrade" and maybe later they will release the "stage 1,2, and 3 upgrade"

The stage 2 give u a total of 45 extra over stock, not 30 S1+ 40S2..... Now my question is, how much h/p over the S2 would the S3 give??
