both....lol you can find them all over the place to start out even go to google and type it in gm stage 2 for cobalt or something with those words in it to refine your search

dood really gm stage 2? go to zzp and get your money's worth, now they sell there staged kits WITH a heat exchanger which is probably the best combination you can ever find. oh and zzp stages are more reliable for your vehicle and their PCM's are guarenteed undetectable by the dealer... idk where you can go wrong at.
