GMPP Exhaust

so my local dealer is returning my car completely to stock, so they want to put a stock exhaust back on cuz the current one is a "high flow" system and they say i will be getting inaccurate O2 readings. so i was just wondering if the GMPP one is considered "high flow" and give wrong readings?
