its easy, for 1- you dont have to remove the bumper, so dont, 2- a dremel works wonders on taking off the stock hoses, they are a pain in the ass, 3- lift the car up as much as you car to give yourself plenty of room to work under, 4- when your done make sure you add plenty of coolant cuz you should be adding 1-2L more at least.

then you should be good, just dont remove the bumper whatever you do lol
the lines are bad at all, if you have the diagram youll be fine, it makes alot more sense when your under the car then just looking at a sheet of paper

Ii have the OTTP gen2 dual pass which is massive.I did not remove the bumper for installation.Either use Jack stands or blocks of wood to hold the heat exchanger up,mark your holes and drill.I used a step bit which works wonders on the crash bar.put the bolts in and make sure to use lock washers. It took me about 30 minutes. Not hard at all.

I'm not too sure on the dual pass I can't remember the routing on it.I know the how to shows exactly how to route the lines.I'm still on a factory endplate so mines different.

bro comon use the diagram i put in your other thread it's not complicated at all and you saying your a mechanic should make it a no brainer. idk if the holes they used for s3 in the cobalt crash bar are existing or not, i drilled my own on the rl and found some nuts and bolts that worked.

it's just swapping 2 hoses lol you take the stock h/e OUT hose off and put it to the zzp IN then go from the ZZP out to the ic pump IN which is pointing sideways looking under the car

god forbid you were doing dual pass with this

I just removed my grille, jacked the car way up and had it bolted in in about an hour. It's easy.
