I need a good shop to tune me, and what price range should i be paying? I had One shop quote me 500 for a dyno,and tune....Is that accurate?

thanks for the replies. I just added my kn CAI and xtc dwnpipe/w/hi flow cat and car is way stronger now, but idles like ****. It also has a CEL,,,what do i do?

 

Get tuned. The intake is bigger so your car is getting more air than the MAF is telling it, so it's gonna run weird until you get a tune.

 

Well im glad to know that i just need a tune, cause im scared it;s gonna die in stop n go traffic, then im stranded and look like a tool!LOL Also can anyone tell me if the raspiness in my new hi flow cat will go away? It sounds like **** until the car has ran for about 10 min then its ok? She does feel alot quicker on WOT though!

 

Clean your throttle body. That usually solves the idle issue.
