Got dyno'd the other day (Video's inside)

Mods:

2.5 pulley, 60#, hpt, dual pass h/e running with stock one, dual pass end plate, 2nd surge tank, step colder plugs, air box mod, tranny bushings, cab's (which are falling apart),stock exhuast all the way, bully stage 4 six puck clutch full ceramic i think thats it.

blower was vey heatsoaked even with all the cooling mods. Coolant was at a cool 214 degress, needless to say i didn't have time to wait so i only let it cool down for like 10 mins in between a run. All runs were done in third gear. the weird thing is the car is only hitting 16psi were it would constantly hit 21psi. it happend after the clutch was installed. The car has about 425 miles on the new clutch. I don't know what i am loosing this boost from but on my old logs i usally pushed 41lbs/min on my maf reading and now i push 33 so i need to figure this out. You guys think it could just be the cars way of getting used to the clutch.

the pulls ( sorry for qaulity only had the phone but you get the idea)

I ordered mine in FEB also and they said the pressure plates were out of stock then stopped communicating with me.

Do you have a shorter belt or a tensioner, 16 psi could be from belt slip???

you call them they said they were making a revision to the pressure plate when i ordered mine so shipping took 2 weeks cuz of that big snow storm

yep have a belt tensioner. it was hitting 20+ before the install of the clutch h/e and endplate

What do you have in terms of exhaust? If you just have a cat-back with the stock manifold, and cat, that right there is costing you 15-20 hp easily.

It was probably the computer pulling boost because of high IAT2's it's setup to drop a % of boost when it reaches a certain temp. Look at your tune under where the boost control is. that middle screen has what % boost for each situation.

Here is a few problems and questions.

1. I wasn't there
2. What gap are the plugs set to? Brand?
3. Stock Exhaust on a 2.5 in pulley? You must be joking.. Your choking that car..
4. What tune are you running? Intense? Modified intense?
5. Injector Duty Cycle?
6. Knock?
7. How much timing are you pulling?
8. No meth on a 2.5?
9. AFR?

how long would it have taken if you let it come down to about 120IA2Temps
With a 120F car and full exhaust you should be close to 270whp.

i would have been 270 on full boost i know it at least 265. my car is only hitting 16psi. and the car is pushing way less power. as far as afr i know it's rich i don't have a exact number the wideband isn't going in until exhaust does shortly

i don't know hoe long it would have taken for the car to cool down when i go back after a few more parts are installed i will come early to let the car cool down and bring some ice for the s/c

Your numbers will be higher if they are uncorrected. When reading numbers for boosted vehicles they need to be uncorrected.
With all the extra heat you are most likely in a spot in the map where there is no timing.
You also could be seeing some belt slip.

same tune i had before the clutch, h/e and endplate. it is not the car pulling boost becuas of high temps

i don't care about high numbers really, track times matter more but bragging rights are cool. i was probably loosing timing i agreee but no belt slip listen to the videos it pulls hard tell the end.
