We need to get to the bottom of this, as a team, or a group of brothers, or a family! of course with chief master as blackg85ss.

LOL! Good way off putting it. My guess is a doo doo tune, and the stock exhaust is killing the power.

cameron, everytyhing is not the tune man, Believe me, The supercharger was pulling boost, he has no exhaust, he has a 270whp+ car for sure.

that tune looks pretty crazy man... lots of timing ... a lot more than I'd run on pump gas at least... but no weird boost drops or spikes that usually show because of belt slip. I think the computer just might be limiting it for the hell of it, or your s/c is a bit f'd up internally. another thing, clean your MAF it was kind of a stepped output. also double check what I sent you in the e-mail.

Another question. what yr is the car? and you might want to see if you can try swapping out the boost solonoid sensor (pc that the vacuum line from the manifold runs to) with another car. Ive seen those cause problems with loss of boost too.

It is possible that you are running to much timing. And im not talking about detonation.
Ideally you want peak cylinder pressure to occur at 10* ATDC. The combustion cycle usually ends around 25*ATDC.

It is possible that you are running enought timing (and fuel to prevent detonation), but your making peak pressure to early. If that happens, more of the energy from expanding gas is used to put the rod right into the crank (and try to push the crank out the bottom of the pan) then actually rotate the crank. You make want to consider retarding timing at your next dyno run and see what happens to your power ##'s.

As for lower boost, theres only 3 ways I know of that happening. Boost bypass stuck open, reduced restriction in intake/head/exhaust, or widening of clearances inside the supercharger. I dont know how to explain that one.

my car is a 06. it did not have this problem before the parts were installed the tune has always been the same which is why i can't figure it out.

the weird thing is sometimes it will hit like 18psi sometimes it will do 15psi idk why it picks and chooses when to hit certain boost. when my car goes back in a couple weeks i will have the s/c looked at internally to give it a once over and maybe see if it was a bad gasket.

I think this same thing happened to m88ramadi or whatever the hell his name his. He had a 2.5" with stock exhaust and only made like 255 hp and only had like 16 psi boost.

did you take a look at the email i sent you my log is in there sometimes the car hits 15 sometimes 18 it decides. honestly the power thing doesn't bother me there could have been better prep and full exhaust would not hurt either. Please take a look at it tell what you think
