SS-Mike already confirmed it for me. No he doesnt have the belt yet, just confirmed it can be ordered seperate

Bdwarr6- Can you give a breakdown of the part #'s for stage 1 & 2 kits?
Also, do you know what the gap for the spark plugs are?
Here is the question of the day.
WHY worry about it since all the cars including mine that I have put the 2.8 on have NOT had belt slip issues?? Just some food for thought. You guys panic to easy

well lastnight silverSS and I got the injectors and 2.8 pulley on!!!!
The car runs pretty good without a tune, but im leaving the stock spark pluggs in untilll i get it up to the shop for a tune this afternoon.
At first it was hard to start the car(to much fuel) but then it was ok. Not one code!!! I was pretty amazed!! Its got amazing tq in 1st, i wish i could use it but my clutch was slipping b4 i put this kit on so it looks like im a 2nd gear runner now. In 3rd gear it feels like i stomped it in 2nd!!! just amazing power and allso NO TUNE/Codes either!!!
the belt slipped a little when i started it up..........but then after about 15mins of just idle it was fixed itself.
at 1st every time i shift i get a slight slip at 6600rpm kinda like a BOV LMAO. its kinda funny, but it went away.

I got a question for you power gurus. I just raced a 2005 RL with the Intense kit, K&N Typhoon, and a 2.5" exhaust with magnaflow muffler and GMPP Header and he beat me by a car up to 120. Can you guys explain why this is so???????
In case you can't read my sig, I've got an AEM SRS and a 2.9 BilletFlow Pulley, and NGK BKR7E plugs gapped at .045

Your 2,9" pulley with stock injectors makes you run in the ideal air fuel ratio for most of the mid and high rpm's (on your 2004 Redline).
His car maybe not tuned well, he is probably too rich for most of the powerband. And a 2,9" pulley vs a 2,8" pulley is not much of a difference.

The tune makes a difference and over time, you'll be replacing engine parts before him
