Got ripped off?

Alrite so I bought hptuners through a performance shop and got the car tuned am I suppose to have anything for the hptuners like software or anything like that that came with the purchase????

Yeah did you buy a hptune or the actual software big difference there.

Software is around 510 for standard version while a tune on a average is 200-250 from the tuners here on the forum.

Ok didn't know there was a difference and I prob jus bought the tune since I paid like 750 for the tune at the shop

Yeah thats definately a Dyno tune at an expensive place. If your in PA why did you not go to BYT to have a tune done could have saved you 500+ with a better tune.

What parts are on your car right now? I see you have limited posts on the forum so ask away with questions you have about tunes and performance.

I personally would have waited for a tune until you got a pulley on there and some injectors.

Nice thing about nick is you can still mod the car and get retunes from nick for free as long as its not a major upgrade like meth, turbo swap or a tvs.

The only reason I got the tune was cause my car was acting up and not running right but now I hav a 2.9 and 60# injectors to get put in and I'm lookin for the best place to go

Dude you made a bad choice. But hell we all learn somehow. BYT is your guy if you go to anyone else your making mistake number 2.

Your gonna need another tune and BYT is currently 250 for a tune as far as i remember.
