Hahn Racecraft LSJ GT35R Turbo Project PICS RELEASED!
hopefully have everything done soon, warm weather is coming, which = lots of work for me which in turn = money. WOOT!!. I have every damn part imaginable sitting in my house, just need to get some extra cash together to put it all together lol. Buying a house next year so 80% of all my income from my full time job goes to that, whatever I make on the side tuning, and working on cobalts is how I pay for my car lol. It's getting there though, soon, before the summer at least, everything should be done.

dont try and look for it or anything.....
tap one of the heater hose's, and the coolant bottle return. done.
Cracked the block and sleeve of the 4th cylinder.... Then wanted/needed way lower compression pistons for the high boost Im going to run!
No they are not. Have it done at a local machinist/engine builder and buy the valvetrain components needed and have them do it all!

if you go to any good fitting place you'll be able to make one.
a hydraulic supply store will do fine, or if you can find a place that specializes in AN fittings you can make one there as well.
you'll need one "T" thats 3/4, 3/4, 5/8
thats the hard one to find that "feeds" the turbo, the return is easy to find.
Yeah... GM said the sleeves were only good for 400-450hp... so I figured that would be something that you would run into. Looks damn good though!

If you said yes then, YES JBP is worth it.
Joe and I won't agree on this but I won't go into the reasons for that here.
I was thinking of ditching the stock fuel system all together and just running those as my promary injectors til the port fueler computer is ready, how you guys think that will work out?
Yeah I want to see that portfueler. And i'm still confused as to how you tune the extra injectors? They say they give you a controller/module to tune the injectors with...but how do you actually use that controller/module? Paul, one of these days i'm going to have to take a ride back to LI and see your setup

Hopefully this weekend I'll actually have some free time to work on my own car for once and finally get some much needed maintence work done.
