If you can't afford to fix stuff when it breaks, regardless of who's money it is don't mod the car. You can run a tvs without E easily, but you can't really pulley down that far, not that you would need more than a 2.9 with it anyway lol. Baby steps IMO. Your age reflects teh fact you will probably beat that car pretty hard, we ALL did it regardless of who wants to argue that. So I hope you can afford the tickets along with it too

Anyhow, Rice can get you a good deal on the Bad-Mab, I would guess 170 area. You won't need new head studs, but line the gasket up right and torque them down right. I've not had to re do mine, no leaks ftw.

Oh she's got the money.. It's just calling her and telling her my engine just blew up...... and surely you can run a tvs w/ E.. but I don't see very impressive gains with a TVS w/o E or Meth.

& I don't beat as hard as mooost of my friends beat thiers, but i still beat it (; lololol...
and I've already paid for tickets /:

we all get tickets and break **** lol. almost part of the fun imo. I would agree the TVS is not all the great without E/meth, but it really does shine with E for sure. I hit mine for the first time today with the aluminum flywheel on it, and like nothing flat hit 7200 rpm so this should be fun when the clutch is fully broken in.

I would say get ZZP's mid length combo, but it's out of stock atm. The bad mab is well worth the less than 200 you spend on it IMO. I want to get my car dyno'd now to see where it's at on the 2.9 before I go E and 2.7. Being your in Ohio you could get 80's and swap E in, I just don't trust a sensor to tell me the Meth is low.

Long story short. Closest E stations is about 10 minutes. It is NOT Speedway. My mom pays for my gas with a Speedway card she gets from work. Therefore, If I went E, I'd prolly be paying for my own gas /: Not sure if I'm ready for that responsibility yet.

I should note this here, going E is great but you do have to anti seize the **** out of your plugs as the oil content with E is so much lower. It's really best to run E when it's at it's highest, spring, summer, and fall. So you would have E-80 and E-85. I've been talking with ZZP to swap mine over to E and a 2.7 and this is what I've chose to do. I'm cheating and grabbing another PCM though, so I can just do a re learn and swap them out.
