Pacesetter dude. Ceramic coat it and call it a day.

If you MUST go with those three, ZZP. Vibrant is over priced, and midlength > shorty

No need for stainless unless you want it to look pretty

^yours hasn't rusted the hell out yet or does the coating actually hold up?

my buddy had a Pacesetter on his 240sx, and it rusted out and starting leaking

I'm buying basically a Cobalt Addiction V2 header off of Ebay for $190 shipped. ZZP's has issues or so I've heard, and their shorty headers aren't designed well due to the O2 placement.

No, ceramic coating makes a non-stainless last longer. So does high-temp paint. BUT I feel stainless headers are a waste. No one seems them really. Not a honda with the IM on the back and exhaust up front

Why spend more on stainless for same performance as regular steel. Put the savigns in the bank, and paint it w/ high temp

I just always heard that the paint burns off within the first few days of driving it, so that led me to believe stainless was the only way to go if you live up north and you're wanting the welds to hold up. I guess it doesn't matter when it's cheap and not everyone keeps a disposable car long. lol

Stainless steel does look purdy tho!

stainless exhaust is going to outlast anything else. That's why people pay extra. When you go for resale it's much easier to sell it as well.

I've had the Vibrant header/dp combo on mine since spring '08 and I love it. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone. I have it with my GMPP Performance exhaust and it's great. Fairly quiet during normal cruising around town and if you're not getting on it. But it's definitely loud when you stomp it. Good loud though, not shitty honda-sounding loud.

My 2nd choice would be the Hahn. 2nd only because I have yet to hear it in person, but I've heard a lot of good things about it.

I like the vibrant of the three. Hahn really isn't better than the stocker, and I haven't heard of anything bad with the vibrant. Only issue is with the location of the rear oxygen sensor. I've had it on my car. Performs well on high hp applications.

X2 on the vibrant. It comes COMPLETE with the header/downpipe and high flow cat, quality 304 stainless, direct bolt up.

Also we price match and have it in stock, so PM us if you would find it cheaper than we have already...
