bout to install new stainless header/dp from clear image. what are the torque specs on the bolts? thx for the help.

I dont think there is any torque specs i didnt torque my headers

 

yeah i'm thinking that too. i've been searching n searching on here but have turned up nothing...

 

From the Helms manual for 2006 cobalt page 6-233 ; tighten the studs to 89 lb in, install exhaust manifold to cylinder head retaining nuts to 124 lb in.


sorry jsut re-read your post, these are for the header to cylinderhead

 

thx bro. got dp off bout to tackle the header. so header to mani is 124 lb in?
