header/dp or exhaust

header/dp or exhaust

Ok so i got abit of extra cash to play with. I have the mods in my sig and im about to pay off the remaining balance to my TVS that i went in on the gb. So ill have the tvs soon. with that much are being put into the engine i know i have to change my exhaust. So my question is which would be better to get first since i cant afford both right now. Should i get a header/dp first ....or.... should i get a full cat-back exhaust. I think either way it wont matter. If i get header/dp then it will restrict at the exhaust. If i get the exhaust then it will restrict at the header/dp. What do you guys think?

get a header dp combo and then get the over the axel fix( its like 100 something bucks... our exhaust is 2.5 untill over the axel then it drops to 2.25 so if u replace that part of the pipe and the muffler than u have a full cat back... header and dp on our cars will open up some room... alot more than a catback( but eventuily with a tvs ur gona want to go 3 inch i would assume)

see thats what im thinking now, just save up until i can go 3" all the way down. Cause i also want to get 3" intake down the road maybe. so iiunno, im stumpped...lol. Not only am i stuck deciding what i want to get, its also what brand name i want to get. If its exhaust my gf wants me to get the SLP Loudmouth II Dual. But iiunno, im not a loud exhaust person, i love having people coming up to me saying all they can hear is the whine of the supercharger and not the exhaust
