I think all you need is a socket set. I think there is like 10 or so bolts on the header, they are a pain in the ass to get to though. Be prepared for some busted knuckles.

x2

The header install is terrible. A pain is an understatement. I would recommend a friend to help you for sure.

If you're wondering what tools to use you shouldn't be installing it...just my opinion.

But really...
Tools: jack + jack stands or ramps
Impact wrench (helps)
Torque wrench
Metric Sockets
Extensions
Breaker bar (possibly)
socket joints (possibly)
PB blasters, liquid wrench, etc.
About 4 hours if you don't know what you're doing.
Some sort of pill or alcohol to combat laying under 2+ tons of vehicle

I can swap them out in about an hour...maybe a little longer (I've done about a dozen). The bolts from the manifold/downpipe can give you a hard time. liquid wrench will save your ass....I cannot emphasize this enough...
10mm for the manifold bolts, I think 13mm or 15mm for the manifold/downpipe and downpipe/catback connections. Make sure you have a set of wrenches, short and deep sockets.
