Header Gasket Burn Out

I'm having a horrible time with keeping gaskets between my header and downpipe. I've burnt out at least 4. I have the CA SS header V1 and CA 2.5 Catless downpipe. Anyone have any ideas what thicker gasket I could run to stop this burn out. I need a really thick copper one I think. Thanks guys.
Anybody think this will do good?

if you keep going through gaskets then there might be something wrong with the flanges. they might be warped or whatnot. something to look into so you stop wasting money on gaskets

i would flatfile the flanges and get the copper gasket. copper header gaskets are the best idea.

You can buy a nice thick soft aluminum 3 bolt gasket that will seal that up at Autozone in the exhaust section as well. It comes in a package with two flanges, bolts, and the gasket. I used it on my Integra's exhaust and it worked great. If the flanges are really warped you will need to resurface them or weld on new ones.

to flat file them just gram a file and use it sideways across the flange and pull it back and forth. you will see the high and low spots.
