Supercharger Pulley?

I have the Stage 2 kit, but have not had it installed yet. The Stage 2 installation includes a PCU reflash for the injector injector. If I go with a smaller pulley than the one in the Stage 2 kit will I need to reflash again because of the gain in boost or is the reflash just because of the change in fuel pressure?

The smallest pulley your going to be able to run on 42s is a 2.9". A dealer reflash wont make you anymore power.

If I have the Stage 2 kit installed then swap the stage 2 pulley with an even smaller pulley will I have to reflash again? Would I benefit in horsepower by going with an even smaller pulley? And what is the smallest pulley available which I would benefit from while keeping the Stage 2 42lb injectors?

haha 95cam86roc just told u........no u dont have to get another reflash, 2.9 is the smallest u can run on 42lbs SAFELY!!!!. You would benefit by going with an even smaller pully IF you got bigger injectors which would make buying stage 2 pointless. you have stage 2, now all u have to do is put a 2.9 on and thats it nothing else

Personally.... which this is what i did... I would have just bought some 42s, a 2.9" pulley, stg 2 belt and got a custom tune via HPTuners. 1) Overall it would have been cheaper 2) You would have made more power this way and 3) You would have had a better tune

A 2.9 on 42s is fine plus he already has his stage 2 kit.
