Header Installation?

I'm getting ready to buy the 2.5 in. Vibrant header/dp and was wondering how hard the install is?

well it isn't to bad to get in... the only thing that you need to worry about is exhaust leaks

well the biggest prolem I had with puttin mine on is the seal between the head and the header.... I would say new head gasket for sure and when you take the head screws out, inspect them and replace if in doubt, and then BIGGEST of all torque all the bolts IN THE RIGHT ORDER.

Its simple, just takes time, make sure you get a new gasket between the head and header

I didnt use a new gasket either and its fine, but you may as well while you have it all off, because it will be a pain to do it again, i wish i did but oh well its fine for now

yea once somethings torqued down and taken off, its always a good idea to replace the gasket. if youve got a few kms on it, its probably the best idea but not absolute neccessity if not

Yeh if you have it off, might as well spend the money and replace it. What do you guys think of the ZZP header and DP, they not create restrictions, do they?

ya it would def sound good.. i have the vibrant header/dp n i love how it sounds with my corsa catback.. although i kinda wish i woulda went with a lil bigger exhaust like the hahn catback just because i feel like im a lil too restrictive on the exhaust side witht he mods im running..
