Header Leak

So i've had terrible luck with my badmab header leaking from the bottom of the collector. I've replaced the awful gasket that came with it with a NAPA one followed with permatex on both sides, It was sealed for about 100 miles, but now it's starting to leak from the same part. The last gasket was blown completely out.
DP and header don't look warped at all.

Is it a gasket problem or what?

Damn man. Sucks this happened again. I'm thinking the header flange is warped. Call BNR and see if they'll replace it and have them make sure that it isn't warped for you.

I double gasket-ed the dp to cat back and it sealed for me, running a bad-mab as well.

I'm going to try this before sending it back. I'm really not looking forward to removing the top 10 bolts lol
