heat exchanger
At the risk of being redundant, I would suggest that without a pressurized intake, which significantly heats the charge air, you will likely run higher charge air temperatures with the intercooler and natural aspiration. My recommendation would be that if you want to get some of the preliminary work done prior to doing the SC, go ahead and install all of the correct components, but do not run the pump or fill the system until you have a need for it. I do not know if that is possible, because I don't know if the pump is gear or belt driven and if belt driven, can it be there and not hooked up. Don't get discouraged, but also make sure you are being clear and complete with your information and questions.

I understand you will be going with the supercharger as soon as tuning is available, but you may want to wait because the cores will create restriction and would rob you of HP. Wait until you get the tuning and the S/C installed.
It won't get any colder than ambient unless it's air to water!
