got my CA heat exchanger in today....going to install it, but I was hoping to find some better diagrams (no offense shortbus, lol...although that did help)....anyone have any instructions of how they mounted it, and how they hooked the hoses up...that they could post on here where they installed the CA (not Cobra) on their's.....(?)

I wish there was a way to mount that thing without drilling into sheetmetal or bumper

Do you have it installed?...The pics on Cobalt-Addictions website don't make it seem like you have to drill into anything....I'm just looking for some clear instructions and a diagram to help me....why couldn't they include those, lol......

Those are for the Cobra H/E, not the Cobalt Addiction H/E

thats a big ten 4...at least someone is reading this stuff...thanks.....the Cobra is slightly different and I used the search, and no one has done a write up on a CA one yet.....The reason I'm so eager is bc I want to install the heat exchanger this afternoon bc I have to work at 5am....and my next day off is Monday, which sucks and my girl is going to be in town so I know I can't install it then, lol......so if anyone can post a diagram they might have or can tell how they installed/ mounted their CA heat exchanger it would be much obliged....thanks......

no it doesn't include the instructions...I got mine new off a guy on ebay who swears CA didn't include instructions.......why? I do not know, lol

Call cobalt addiction and see if they have any instructions. Did it come with any hoses or anything?

Are you running it inline with the stock one or are you just going to run it by itself? Hooking up the hoses is not really that hard man, just take your time and figure it out. There is a how-to for the Cobra heatexchanger that may help you out too.

Prbably inline since that would probably cool better, but w/e its designed for...if CA designed it for not using the stock heat exchanger then thats what I want to hook up bc I don't want to purchase anything else, I want to use what was included......
