Heat Exchanger question!?

My good friends dad is taking his GT500 down to Anderson to get a 750HP package put on it. In this package is a upgraded heat exchanger. He asked me if I would like his heat exchager off the GT500. Anyone know if this will fit/work with the cobalt? I would think it would be better than a regular cobra heat exchanger. I will try and get measurements after it gets taken off. I am just seeing if anyone knows if it will fit and work.

It is on the bottom left side, in the pic you cant see it because it is a overhead shot.

Hey when you do it can you do some pics for us so we know if it does fit and how it works compared to the actual cobra heat exchanger

No problem at all, I would be more than happy to do that. I just need to find someone who has done it before to give me a hand. Like I said I wont have the HE for like 3 weeks, but I will be sure to do a write up.

Yeah it'll work! FLows a little bit more fluid than the standard cobra! But should be just okie dokie!

You'll just have to do a little different plumbing is all!

I just read the how to and it doesnt seem too hard. The only part I would be worried about is the mounting and finding some connectors for the hosing.

If it's possible, I would cut off the big outlet that sticks far out. It would make mounting a lot easier.
