Intake Info Please..
When I bought my car I was told there was a CAI, when I looked to see what brand it was I noticed there wasn't any Aluminum tubing or anything so I figured it might be an airbox mod or something similar so I ordered a true CAI from Injen and installed it today. I'm wondering if anyone recognizes this "CAI" I know it's from AEM but that's all i've gatherd and also about how much it's worth.
Thanks in advance!

that's an AEM. i have it too but i am soon upgrading to the RAW 3" intake. You could sell it for maybe $130 or something. But that filter looks a little worn out.

yeah its an aem but i thought the aem use the stock airbox so you still had your maf, it just replaced the upper tubing.
that intake looks very messed and it looks like you were running without a maf which i dont think was working to well for you correct me if im wrong
pluss its laid wrong when you put it back together the flex part attaches to the throttle body

it probably has a MAF on the other side. all the AEM actually replaces is the airbox. top half is stock piping. this look exactly like my AEM except mine is red

yeah hopefully its on the other side, i thought the aem replace the upper tubing cause thats where the restriction is if you open the airbox, there is a huge kink in the tube up top, ojh well. good luck with the sale

The hole for the MAF is on the other side, you cant see it in the picture, I have the AEM like that in Silver, works great, about the same gains as the Injen or K&N, the resriction in the intake track is at the box or filter not higher up towards the supercharger, even a airbox mod will net you close to the gains of a true CAI

there is a kink in the intake and you can see it in the picture, its where it goes through the fender, thats the restriction in the tube once you take the bottom off the airbox
