There is no straight answer...

If your looking for power + cooling, get meth. Althought you have to make sure it is mixed right EVERY time, as you need to tune for this (yes you NEED a tune).

dual pass helps cool your intake temps better. I would say get the dual pass first... just because meth isnt for the average joe.
