i have had code p1182 pop up for the 4th time now 2 time before i did stage 2 upgrade and 2 times after also added a kn filter. has hit limp mode a few time with the engine light is on. car is under warranty but the dealership cant figure it out any ideas

 

umm i'm sure your on the ion redline forums too, so you should search over there for that code. it comes up alot. you might find what your looking for . Heck it might even be on this site. I've never actually looked.

yeah i have read about it over there but thought maybe since the ss is the same motor that possibly someone has had as much trouble with this as i have.. this problem has been diagnosed 4 times in the last 6 months by the dealership with no avail.
1 time cleaned TB
2 time cleaned TB relpaced sensor
3 time replaced the computer
4 time ?????

the car is under warranty and has stage 2 upgrade

 

Just curious, do you guys have a temp reading on your dic. I had that same code when I didn't hook my temp sensor up after installing my projectors/hid's. Just a thought, however I also had many other codes too lol.
