Help! GMPP Stage 3

I just got my GM performance PCM in from Crate Engine Depot and installed it the way the instructions said.. its being run with a 2.8'' and 42.5lbs anyway.. it runs great it just has a hard time starting.. and its throwing a Cam Pos. Sensor CEL today i had it replaced at a dealership and the problem hasent gone away.. any suggestions? It didnt say anything about it in the instructions but is it possible that it needs to be reflashed by the dealer to be relearned or something? thats what a few GM techs told me but id like to see some more opinions.. i would really appreciate it.

did you unplug the cam sensor by the pcm harness, did the CPS wire get loose from main harness, did they start the car with it unplugged

clear codes and drive to determine the time for dtc to set

The timing chain may have jumped a tooth some how on the cam setting the code.

not likely, unplug cam sensor, unplug pcm
put a multimeter on ohm setting between the pcm CPS pin and matching color wire on CPS harness connector to check for continuity, this would elimnate wiring and would leave sensor or pcm as culprit

they prolly did some tugging on the harness and made a loose short

Well, the CPS and pcm are both working.. meaning the sensor isnt bad... when i spoke with a GM tech this morning he said that it should be reflashed because being that this pcm hasnt been that the parameters might be all out of wack..
