K so I installed the unit to the letter. Went through the calibration process. Yet when i have it hooked up to my laptop my afr is +/- 14 by about .5 pretty much all the time except on a pull it will drop to close to 12. At the same time my interceptor reads anywhere from 7.6-10.2. On the interceptor i have slope=3 intercept=7.4 which should be correct. When I remove the o2 sensor and expose it to air the o2 reading is 20.7-20.8 which is about the o2 level of ambient air. I'm running a gmstg2 tune and pulley, k&n cai, p&p S/C, cxr h/e, dual pass, CA header, 3" ZZP w/cat, 3" stainless exhaust.

What am i missing? What could be causing the problem?

I think thats normal, my UEGO bounces around until a pull where it reads 11's, with Stage 3.

Where did you put the sensor in your exhaust stream, i mean how far from the manifold is the sensor?

Appox 18 inches. I have My interceptor reading the same #'s as my laptop now but those #'s seem pretty high though right? On a pull I did get it down to 10.8. What should the afr's be just crusing at 100kph?
