I dont have pics, but I can give u an explaination of how to do it:

step

1) Make sure U have someone to help u
2) have that person hold down the pulley
3) remove bolts with whatever tool is needed
4) this is the tricky part. Get a 15mm cresent wrench, and look for the belt tensioner. It is located after the sc pulley, but before the engine. It will kind of look like a square, and the wrench will fit perfectly on it. Its black in color, and will be located in the vicinity of the other pulleys attached to the belt.
5) PUSH DOWN VERY HARD, THEN SLOWLY PUSH FORWARD. You dont want to strip it, and it will be difficult to move.
6) once u have it pushed all the way forward and are holding it down, have your friend remove the belt.
7) let off the tensioner once the belt is off, but MAKE SURE NOT TO DROP THE BELT.
8) remove the pulley, put your new pulley on
9) loosen the tensioner
10) slip the belt back on
11) let go of the tensioner, and bolt your new pulley in place

hope this helps

its pretty easy, takes about 10 min. I would recommend tying the wrench to something so u dont lose it. I hate dropping stuff in the engine bay.... I tied my wrench to the car so that I could just pull it out if it fell

nope, no sc removal. So long as u can remove the bolts and the pulley fits on ok, you dont need to remove it.

He bought a complete kit so it's going to be a bit more involved since it requires the stainless steel hub be pressed onto the supercharger shaft.

You'll have to remove the supercharger then use a pulley puller/isntall tool to remove the pulley from the supercharger.

Then use the threaded rod part of the puller which has a m8 x 1.25 threaded piece in the end to attach it to the supercharger shaft.

Next, place the pulley over the threaded rod, then the washers, and finally the nut. Start cranking the nut while holding the threaded rod steady.

It will help to have someone hold the pulley while you press the hub on otherwise the shaft may begin spinning and un-threading the M8x1.25 threaded piece which can result in a stripped threaded rod.

When the hub face is flush with the end of the supercharger shaft you're done and ready to re-install the supercharger.

Hope this helps,
Nate
