Help on making/getting a custom exhaust

There must be a million exhaust threads but i've tried searching.
I've decided to make a custom exhaust from the cat back. I've also decided i want 2.5in piping. I wanna know if theres any sites out there that offer piping already bent, basically an exhaust system but no mufflers or resonators.
You may think its a stupid question, but i don't have the tools to make a custom exhaust and i don't wanna get an 800 dollar exhaust system and then cut it up. I was looking at getting some cheap 2.5in exhaust system and cutting it up. Any help on doing this would be appreciated thanks!

I'm gonna be ordering that in a minute. I guess i'll just throw a resonator on it and thats it. Hope it sounds good

it says its aluminum... isn't that a pain in the ass to weld??

It can be, just dont have your welder too hot or you will burn through. Most muffler shops I have seen dont weld, they clamp. Maybe a custom fab/weld/exhaust shop is your answer if you want it welded.

Aluminized... not aluminum...
You weld it like any other steel product.

how big of a difference would a resonator make if I was doing 2.5" with a Megan muffler?

I just installed my CA header....
It seems more responsive... remember thats just the header... Later its gonna be the downpipe w/o cat.
After i put the header on I went for a test drive and got pulled over for doing 77 in a 55... jeez Shame on me since i wanna be a State Trooper

nah not yet... i was waiting on my stage 3 parts being shipped... but now since i got all my parts im debating if i wanna get a heat exchanger or get exhaust.. im thinkin exhaust so the supercharger doesn't build up too much air and can't get it out quick enough... (at least everyone recommends geting free flowing exhaust but i was kinda worried about IAT'2 Temps)
And i also am debating if i wanna get striaght 3in piping or not

i am most likely going to attempt do this with a magnaflow muffler and im trying to find a good resonator, probably going to reuse the stock tip

i am planning on running 2.5 in straight pipes with only 1 reson. from the header back without a cat but i don't know if i run 3in if i'll have any back pressure... plus i think 2.5 will sound better

if your gonna reuse the stock tip.. i think you can get exhaust tips at advance or somewhere... as long as they arent ricey looking

yeah i want something with a nice deep sound. i trying to see if i actually need a resonator with a magnaflow muffler. some people say it takes out the rapsyness. but i read on a couple pages where it might make it all quiet. i want mine to be a little loud, little over stock i guess.
