Best bet is to go to the dealer and find the part number then goto gmpartsdirect or call crateenginedepot and order it through them.

its on the drivers side of the head just below the intake cam end cover plate.

the other one is on the back of the motor just above the top left exhaust header stud.

I will see if I can find something more, but I did come across these two part listings. I don't know if they are the right part, or if you can find either of these parts, but it sounds like you are looking for anything to try.

Is either of these what your looking for? If so part# for the long skinny one is 24418771.... for the short stuby one is 11588880

Hope this helps...

Could it be a blow out plug?
Where it's not really a bolt at all, but mearly a designated weak point
so that if the engine gets too hot or something, instead of warping or
cracking it just pops that thing out to prevent further damage to the engine.

24418771 is the timing chain tensioner plug, and the other is an intake manifold stud. I know that neither of those are the part he is looking for.
