Help with spacer
If the spacer isnt being used for a place to spray meth/nitrous or for the ls4 tb blade clearance then it is a waste. The tb should not hit the a/c line. Sounds like maybe you have the orientation wrong or something. Also if the spacer is too thick then you wont have enough threads on the bolt to correctly/safetly screw it back in. I would saay at least 4-5 turns on the bolts before they get tight.

I have an OTTP spacer for my meth and i have zero clearance issues. Maybe take a pic and post it to see if something isn't right. Who's spacer is it?
