The water cools the intake charge down, while the methanol has a very high octane rating so this helps with suppressing detonation. Basically makes it like your running race gas. When tuned for this you can see huge gains. In general though these cars, cobalts/redlines/anything with the m62 heat up extremely quick. When the air gets very hot the ecu starts to pull timing. When the ecu retards the timing you lose horsepower. So basically you need to get cooling mods so that the ecu will not retard the timing, and if anything allow you to increase the timing drastically. Hopefully this helps.

The wideband is a guage by itself. The interceptor moniters everything you need, except the AFR which is what the wideband is for. I have both and I can't imagine modding without them.

no aem wideband uego help to monitor ur a/f ration and helps if ur getting ur car custom tuned the aeroforce is for everything else

Yes you can get a hahn for a S/C. IMO its the best sounding one you can get. Although a tad pricey. If you want a deep sound check the GMPP touring and sports exhaust, and the corsa. Both sound great as well.

i have all Vibrant underneath
header/ downpipe combo and the 3in exhaust
at low rpms and normal kind of quick accelerations its very aggressive

but a bit raspy at WOT but still mean.........ummm LOUD hahaaha

i dig it gonna piece together a custom stage 2 kit to once more enjoy the sound of the whineeeee

even on your setup u cant hear it whine through the exhaust note?

dang since i still have stock pulley i can hear her whine if its like quiet outside or something haha i dont always hear it

that exhaust sounds boss

that smaller pulley most make that baby cry lovely

If you go to Hahns website go under ss/sc and click on the 3" exhaust there are video clips and they are all on s/c cobalts you can hear the supercharger whistle
