Relay harness keeps that from happening. It pulls alot of power to ignite the HID bulb and the factory wiring isn't a small enough gauge to do both light at the same time always.

Yea you need a relay Harness. And you can only adjust them up and down.

My first set did it with no relay, but after a while it went away. Then I got into a accident and had to get a whole HID set, after a couple months my lights would flicker when the would come on, ordered a relay and it fixed the problem. Not running a relay is bad for your headlight wiring harness.

Switch the ballast and see if it stays with the ballast or the bulb. Then contact your vendor from there...

dezzie that same thing happend to me when james installed my HID's. Your have to either get GM to turn off your DRL or wire it up as per the diagram i showed you. Its not that hard. All you do is put little connectors on each wire and they slide onto the relay. If i could do it, you can do it. And trust me, i hate wiring ****.

if a dealership turns the DRL theres no need to remove the fuse, then again, theres no need to have it either. That being said, most dealerships are dicks and wont turn it off in canada since its illegal to have no DRL during the day, or at least thats the excuse 3 dealerships gave me for my truck.
