Highest timing on LSJ

Was wondering this the other day. I know the lsj doesnt really make much power beyond 24-25* timing. But whats the highest someone has had it to? I had mine at 25* with the tvs setup and was seeing 149* IAT2 temps. Just curious if anyone went higher, possibly with E-85.

ssfamilywagon ramped his to 32-33 degrees on e85 at our dyno day a while back, didn't make any more power than the 25-26 surprisingly it didn't knock iirc. This was just a test for the dyno to see what happened lol

Hrm. I don't remember exactly what mine is, IIRC in the 27-28* range I think, but I'm on a TVS and E85.

25-26 degrees while in High Octane Mode & CAM2 in the tank.

20-21 degrees on 93 Octane, no meth, no knock, 70mm pulley

You stop making real power over 27.5* of timing.

ive seen wut was best 25-26, i mena there are places where 27 could work for the good but say top end it wont do that great, itll cause more issues then anything.

Not buying the second statement. Not in 3rd gear at 90 going up a hill. I tune too many LSJs in this great mountainous state to know better. Quit trying to sound like you can do something no one else can. We aren't stupid.

I'm not trying to sound like I can do anything, or that I'm better than anyone. That's my cars timing on 93. Period.

Others have gotten a bit more than me in the past w/o meth, and the blower I run.

P.S. I live in the mountains as well man.
