How to clear the CEL

My car is currently throwing a CEL, got it looked at and it is the Cat. Malfunction code, My question is... is there any way to bypass the code?

yea, delete the code, or turn it off.

you could find someone with hptuners and have them delete the 0420 cat. code... but with 12k and it being an 06 isnt it still under warrenty... asssuming its stock i mean
