got my H/E in and added about 3/4 of a gallon of dexcool, is this enough?

 

Add it until its full. If your in a warm area you could use water alone or with water wetter. According to my understanding watter does a much better job of cooling than coolant. The inter cooler isn't going to see temps high enough to boil it and if its not going to freeze around your area it's a smart choice. I'm going to run water and water wetter in my H/E's in the summer.

 

water alone does not cool as well as coolant, coolant help disapate the heat better too, its been proven over and over a perfect 50/50 mix cools best. but i filled till it was sitting at the full mark, and kept starting and shutting off the car, but im hopeing its enough.
