I have a 2007 ss/sc cobalt, Stage 2, GMPP exhaust & headers, intake box mod, and A stage 3 pulley. How much horse power can I expect to see on dyno results?

Yeah I went the Air box route to avoid voiding my warranty. And I need to get a tune that should give me a little more power. I hope these new ss/tc's don't burn me on the track though...

nope. i work at a gm dealership. i cant imagine a header that could directly cause a failure on you're car.

Okay, well that's good to know, I'll be looking into some new headers here shortly!

Also I think cai only show 2-4 more hp than airbox mod. Not worth the 200 + dollars

I personally like the metal full length width intakes... The stock gets a wee bit smaller near the fender cavity... If you do not have the extra money to spend on a CAI... im not sayin the air box mod is bad... it actually looks like a good setup spending a fourth of teh cash... I just like things to look as nice as possible, and im sure the smooth metal will help airflow...

Yeah I agree. I'm just going to get a tune then head to the body for my next mods. Carbon fiber hood and trunk I'm thinking.

Expect or should be?

expect: 240-245
should be: 250-255 (assuming gmpp head 2hp, s3 pulley 1hp gmpp exhaust 5hp, intake box mod 0hp)

Again depends on the dyno...the airbox mod can actually be counter productive, you're getting (supposedly) more air but it's hotter than factory box location. As people have said...the stock intakes in the redline and cobalt ss are actually pretty good as far as intake temperature.
