On a turbo lsj how much hp can 60's get?

in all honesty, maybe 340 or so? they would be pretty much maxed at that point

360hp my 60s were maxed out at 98%
thats when i had to change to 79lbs injectors

Depends on a ton of factors. A/F, Timing, airflow, other mods done to car, the efficiency of the turbo you are running. Basically it depends a ton or the tune you have and the other mods to the car besides the injectors.

On race gas and raised fuel pressure, 425whp is no problem. To run 11.5:1 AFR on stock fuel pressure, you would be maxed more in the 375whp area.

If pressure is falling off due to a maxed out pump, then yes.

A big factor is how high you rev it as well. The higher you rev it, the sooner you will need bigger injectors.
