what year cobalt? also please list all your mod's and also if i was to touch your car you would need to have a wideband otherwise i can not help you.

if you need any help let me know. i am no expert with hp tuners however i did tune my car and i have learned things and if u wanted me to tune you i will & also be careful. All i would ask for you to do is drive to me and we would have to spend a couple hours with the car.
