how tight to tighten this bolt?

maybe if you could find it in ft/lbs or so for my tq wrench, but its that bolt that connects the metal coolant line to the block that runs over the injectors. I thought I tightened it pretty tight one time, but noticed it leaked a little coolant. The bolt has a bleeder hole on the base of the screw. Special way to put it in or does anyone know the torque specs.?

did you use new copper crush washers? if not that is your problem. i have gotten away with re using them 2 or 3 times but after that it wont seal anymore.

the pipe your refering to is called the "steam pipe" chevy dealer will have them but if you just bring one to a local auto store they will have it for cheaper.

wait what?, I only reused it maybe twice as well. if it is torqued down too much could it cause restriction to coolant flow?

make sure that when you put the coolant line back on there were two copper washers. one between the bolt head and coolant line. and one between the coolant line and the block. i have taken mine off and only snugged it back on countless times and have had no issues
