0-60 slower than a stock SC with a 14.6 quarter @ 100

 

Its just impossible to find an anwser to all the questions I have with these 2 cars.

Becouse on here. everyone says a stock SC can get to 60 faster.

But on the sites ive seen, an eclipse Gt is 0-60 in 5.8 while a stock sc is about 6.4

 

Eclipse is 6.1

I thought stock SC was 6.0?

Intercooler pump. You can tell if its working if the coolant in the fill neck next to your supercharger is bubbling when the car is running.

Just driving the eclipse, I was like woah dude.

 

Yeah it means there isnt an active coolant stream flowing through your supercharger's coolant circuit.

The fix is to tap the pump with a hammer until it turns on again. The reasoning behind this is that some plastic shavings eventually accumulate to the point where they block the pumps movement. Tapping the pump knocks those shavings loose.

Some cars feel faster even when they aren't. My buddy's mazdaspeed 6 feels faster than my car even though I consistently beat him. You're just gonna have to race your g/f to find out. :P
